"The condo was great! The property was super nice and close to the beach. Our only complaint was the pools. Both indoor and outdoor pools were in need of a good cleaning. The filters were not working and there was quite a bit of hair and debris while using either pool. Same garbage sitting poolside for days at a time. "

"It started out by them calling me two hours before I arrived telling me I needed to put a credit card on file even though everything was paid they said they can’t get incidentals from hotels.com so they wanted my credit card. Then when I said, I was gonna call hotels.com. Suddenly they didn’t need my credit card! It was filthy. The whole place was filthy and it had ants everywhere. We were told if we made any phone calls even if it was something broken or a lightbulb or anything it would be $50...

"Everything was great with the exception of the sliding doors not having a safety mechanism that was stated that it had when booking the condo. The unit was clean and well stocked. The indoor pool was amazing. And location was ok, a little far from the strip but is perfect if you are looking for a more quiet getaway."

"This property refused to allow us any visitors. They were refused entrance at the gate. Our contract stated we were allowed 10 people in our condo. This did not matter to the people at the gate. We were visiting the area to visit with family. They were entering to visit the beach with us not to sleep in the condo. The main bathroom had a clogged bathtub. The air-conditioning continuously went in and out. "
