The room was clean and beautiful, great climate control, fluffy towels and the best fleece-lined robes are available in the room. "The staff was awesome. We had booked 2 nights separately and they changed the reservations quickly so that we didn't have to change rooms.
The couch/pillows in room were stained and carpet needs replacing.
Otherwise, no complaints, nice atmosphere and decor. We enjoyed our weekend stay!"

"The number one thing we liked about staying here was the friendly and helpful staff. Also, the rooms were spacious, having a fridge was helpful as we were bringing some food to an event in Pittsburgh and needed to keep it cool. The location was great. The complimentary breakfast was very good, too. Highly recommend."

"The Hotel is walkable to PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium. So much to do on Penn Avenue. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You can't go up the elevator with out your room key. That is a great safety feature. Staff is excellent as well. "

"The room was hot until we called maintenance to come check the air conditioner out. They were very prompt. However we had to call down several times to get fresh towels and they never cleaned our room as well after calling them twice. So our room was never cleaned and we stayed for two days . "
