"Room 315 has a window looking straight into a wall, essentially making it an inside room without any daylight. That was not what I was expecting and had that information been available before booking, I would have picked another room or another hotel. But when I told the reception that I wasn't happy with the room, I was told that they were aware that people didn't like it but that there were no rooms to move me to. And if I had booked a more expensive room, I would have avoided the issue....

"We LOVED staying at Hotel Crocodile! We didn’t notice any loud noises and the beds/pillows were so comfortable. The decor was so fun and it had much more character than any old hotel. I personally loved that they had an overdose kit with narcan. This is not something that my group needed, but seeing this made me feel like the staff really do care about their guests. They also held our bags for us since our flight was later in the day and our check out time was noon. They also had candy bowls...

"Nice hotel centrally located. Staff are kind of professional but not that service minded. As soon as we checked out we didnt feel welcome at the property and staff seemed annoyed that they had to store our luggage.
We asked if it was possible to check out late ( like 2pm) but were told no, unless we paid for 1 xtra night. A simple so sorry we are fully booked Would have been fine. The Lola restaurant sucked but is the only breakfast place in the hotel. The restaurant was freeezing cold."

"The text to check in early and pre-register was excellent. The place has a great vibe, the most comfortable beds, great staff. All of this was in walking distance to all major attractions, along with public transportation. StayPineapple would always be my hotel choice in Seattle!"

"We stayed 4 nights over new years and really enjoyed the hotel. Room was a good size, windows could open which I like and bed was very comfortable.
There was also a bathtub.
Note that they only do cleaning/make up your room every second day unless you want it done every day.

"Simpelthen et rigtig dårligt hotel. Servicen er dårlig, eller rettere der er ingen service. Det kostede 100 $ for morgenmad og parkering 54 $
Vi fik alle 4 røde mærker forskellige steder på kroppen efter vores overnatning. Måske skal hotellet tjekke om de har væggelus"
"Fint hotel til prisen. Ligger rigtig godt i forhold til både Space Needle og Pike Public Market. De gratis cykler der er til udlån fungerer fint.
Eneste minus er at der er rigtig mange hjemløse og narkomaner i området omkring hotellet hvilket kan give en lidt utryg stemning men der er masser af politi i gaderne til at holde ro."
