Welcome to Lake and Tide Lodge - a new lodge on The Bay Filey - with lakeside facing deck, easy access to the pool and beach this is perfect for a family escape!

Lake and Tide is situated by the lake in the prestigious new gated Meadows Development and is really close to the centre of the village, the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre.

Enjoy a spacious enclosed lakeside terrace and relax in the outdoors on the lovely deck (this is ideal for dogs and children as it is enclosed)! Alongside the enclosed deck is a brick BBQ for you to use too!

Enter Lake and Tide through the step free door into the hallway with storage for coats and other essentials. To your right are the master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower (wet) room, and the second bedroom with two single beds. There is also another shower room with jack-and-jill doors.

To the left is the open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge space with lovely comfy seating for 4 with large SMART TV - ideal for movie nights (streaming passwords needed). There is a log burner as well - ideal for lakeside fire nights in! The kitchen is well equipped with Bosch appliances and an air fryer for your use.

Exit through the large sliding doors to the deck with seating for 4, ideal for alfresco dining (especially with the BBQ) watching the wildlife on the lake!

We leave a few games for our guests to use as well as a library of books. The centrally heated lodge is ideal for breaks all year round!

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.
