Hoteller i Filby

"The room was very warm even with the windows open as it was at the top of the property. A room fan was provided but it meant that there was a constant noise when it was on. The breakfast was really nice."

"Very nice place. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast amazing. Proper classic English style hotel"

"Service throughout stay was very good, check in quick and with no issues. Room spacious and had all the amenities required. Breakfast and restaurant meals very good with great selection for both."

"Staff were all very helpful and chatty which was nice, nice cooked breakfast at a decent price, allowed us to leave our car in their carpark after checking out , which was apprieciated, will be back next year, thank you marine lodge"

"OK so ..parking was good but tight .. To me the restaurant is in the wrong location..would have liked it if it was on the main floor where breakfast is served so you could have a view over the sea front while having you main meal ..rather than down below ground level .. sorry but the prices are a little high .. drink .starter .main ..half pint coke ..pate ..fish chips and peas for £32. 00 is high sorry that's my thoughts ..food was nice but still .. staff are a credit to the hotel."

"It was not very clean dust everywhere"

"Nice place. Friendly staff !!"

"Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...

"Very clean room staff were there when needed and always helpful breakfast was excellent very happy with everything thank you"

"Food was fairly decent, staff were all excellent. Nice clean room, lovely comfortable bed. Big clean bathroom. However .....we couldn't get any of the radiators to work. When its single digits centigrade outside its time to fire up the central heating !! The room and bathroom was very cold, which put a real downer on our stay."

"Brilliant cheap and cheerful stay couldn’t have asked for more. In great location we’re only in the hotel to sleep and it was comfy!"

"Staff werecextremely friendly and helpful"

"This was our first time staying here and definitely won’t be the last. From beginning to end a wonderful experience. Both hosts professional, friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast. Comfy beds with super shower and spotless well equipped room. Made to feel extremely welcome 😊"
