My son and I travel often and he is 11, and he was so impressed with the little goodie bag he was given when we arrived as well as the peppermints in the room, and the fact that there was a cute little tea tray on the bed with tea and cups. The modern appearance of the rooms and bathroom mixed with these things made my son feel very fancy."

Always very clean, everything works and i did notice the new beds in my room, which were super comfortable. Extremely nice rooms for the price, with fridge and microwave. "Lamplighter Motel is a nice stay. It has the basics required and they let you know at check in that they won't be cleaning your room during your stay. This was fine for us. Very clean, comfortable beds, basic bathroom and our room even had a small refrigerator. Room also has cable tv and the shower was great. The check in was easy and the lady at the desk was very nice. The price was great so if you're looking for high end or extra amenities stay somewhere else and pay for that. This was perfect...

The husband and wife (owners?) were really kind and friendly. It was quiet, the room was clean, fridge and microwave. It was a great deal and I would definitely stay here again next time I go to the casino overnight rather than pay full weekend rate at the casino which is like $500-600 a night. "
