"We booked this place for three guests, as it was advertised to have a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. When we arrived, there were no bedding fabrics for the sofa bed, so we had to use a duvet as a sheet. Even though they knew there were three of us, they only provided three towels. The communication was great but; - Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided - our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use. "Be aware there is a SECURITY DEPOSIT which Bloomfields requires prior to check-in. It is stated within the house rules for the accomodation, which I did not read as I am travelling on business and treated the accomodation as a hotel. The security deposit is more in total than a 2-day stay. The deposit can be paid via an app called "Paymob", or a bank transfer, or cash. Use of the app led to my bank (a North American bank) freezing my credit card due to suspect activity. I had to resort to...

"All night had water leakage from the ceiling of the bathroom. Because of the noise, I couldn't sleep. Also there wasn't any hair dryer in the room. I asked for the solutions for both issues but they replied 10mins before the check out time without solution. I need to request for price reduction for such quality."
