"My wife and I stayed weekend of July 26. We enjoyed the quaint quiet retreat. Pool was amazing. Breakfast was like a Michelin star chef was cooking these very nice and succulent breakfast dishes. The convenience of the property placement made it right were all the shopping and fun spots that the historic district had to offer. Thank you for taking care of our needs, to all the staff at the Hoyt House. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that likes quiet little getaway in a bustling...

"The property is wonderful! Even though it is at the intersection of 2 busy roads, our room #3 was tucked away from it all. Very quiet. As with any B&B, you are enjoying what the hosts like for breakfast, or what they think you might like. It's OK not like everything, it's natural. But give it a try! Help the hosts out and don't be rude.
We will definitely be back."

"Everything was great. Just some things I didn't like was the swimming pool is very small and only is 4.5 feet deep. With teenagers that is like a kiddie pool. Elevators are slow, hot and take too lonĝ to open once stopped. Breakfast was ok.But the motel was clean, staff friendly and walking distance to beach."

"This place was very quaint. Our room was a bit small, the picture made the room look bigger than it was, The beach was a bit further than i thought because i miss read and thought we were on ocean front but at least we only had to cross the road, no counter space, and missing things that you find at any hotel but other than that , it had more postive than the negative.
The room was super clean, quiet , and peaceful. The owners were very responsive, instructions clear to follow and above all...

"Best Residence Inn anywhere. Breakfast is awesome. Zack and the others are awesome. The suites have great kitchens. The pool area has a huge table area with three gas grills. Walk to Sliders are other areas bars\restaurants. Shuttle will take you all over the island. Whirlpool\Hot tub is huge and towels in a outside chest. "

"This property is an incredible value. It certainly has some age on it, but it's super clean and so very convenient to the beach. There's also a lovely beachside pool. The price can NOT be beat. I love the old Florida vibe. Wonderful restaurant just across the road too. "

"I travel frequently and I can say I was little hesitate booking a motel. I have only stayed at a motel 2 times in my adult life. I chose the Beachside Motel bc it had a pool and it had direct beach access. I can say I enjoyed my weekend stay at the property. It was clean and accommodating and quiet and check in was amazing and easy…I highly recommend booking this property if your looking for something quaint, quiet and direct beach access. I will def be using then again."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The suite was beautiful, spacious, and it seemed like all the rooms had at least a partial ocean view. Breakfast was included, and they even offered cookies at check-in, which was a nice touch. It's just a short walk to the beach—exactly why we chose this place.
I also liked that the Sandbar is nearby, but unfortunately, the smell of fried food was noticeable around the hotel. The pool is pretty small.
