This two-floor villa is located in a very quiet area of Portocolom, the house has no parking for customers but it is easy to park in front of the house; there is an entrance decorated with bamboo canes next to the main door, which leads to the living room in which we find the staircase to the second floor, the living room has a large sofa, a dining table and television, next to this, there is a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware.

Finally, on the ground floor there is a room with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds each one, a bathroom with shower and hydro massage and a double-bed suite with a full bathroom with hydro massage bathtub.

From the dining room, we have access to the rear area of the house where we find a tent in which there is a dining table, a wonderful cement barbecue, 8 hammocks, a lawn area and a 6-meter long elevated pool.

The house has central heating, satellite TV and Wifi.
