Beautiful 2-storey villa located in the countryside of Felanitx. It overlooks the countryside and it can comfortably accommodate 10 people.
It has a magnificent 10x4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.90m to 1.70m. Around the pool there are a total of 8 sun loungers and 1 umbrella where you can relax in the sun. The property has a total of 40m2 of paved area and 25m2 of lawn area, close to which there is also an orchard and fruit trees. Outside you will find 1 bricked grill in which you can prepare any dish that you propose. On its 30 m2 terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, you can spend great evenings with your family and friends.

The 240 m2 house is distributed over 2 floors where you will find: 1 bedroom with double bed, fan, oil heating and wardrobe, located on the ground floor; and on the 1st floor ther are 4 more bedrooms: 3 of them with 2 single beds each, and 1 with a double bed, all of them equipped with fan, oil heating and wardrobes. There's a baby cot and a high chair. It offers 4 bathrooms, 2 of them located on the ground floor with a shower, and 2 on the first floor with a bathtub, one of them en suite. The living-dining room is fully equipped with satellite TV and a fireplace; the living room communicates with the dining room, which is equipped with a table, 2 benches and chairs and air conditioning. The independent gas kitchen is fully equipped so that you can prepare your favourite dishes without any problem. The laundry area, located in one of the bathrooms, has an iron, ironing board and a washing machine.

The house is very close to Felanitx, just 2.6 km away. Here, you will find all the basic services for your stay: bars, restaurants, local shops, supermarkets, medical center, banks, pharmacy, sports center, etc. It has good road communication with many points of interest and leisure. Just 15 km away you will find a wide variety of beaches and coves and also 15 km away you will find the Vall d'Or golf course. And for those fans of cycling, in the area you will find different routes.
