The beautiful bright house is L-shaped, so that all rooms have access to the outside area. From the entrance you enter the heart of the finca, a large sunny room with the kitchen and island, a large table for meals and the cozy living area. 3 large sliding glass doors offer access to the beautiful, thatched roofed terrace and the pool area. The laundry room is near the kitchen. In the other part of the house are the 3 bedrooms. One with two single beds and another with a double bed use two separate bathrooms. The 3rd Bedroom is furnished with a double bed and bathroom en suite. All bedrooms have access to the terrace.

The reed-covered terrace is spacious with a view of the pool and offers space for a large outdoor dining table and a cozy hanging swing.

The 4 x 11 m chlorine pool is surrounded by a sun terrace, which merges into lawns.

In front of the kitchen there is another somewhat smaller covered terrace, where there is a brick grill. There is also a gas grill. Barbecue fans will get their money's worth here.
