On the ground floor, a spacious and welcoming living room invites relaxation, while the modern kitchen—fully equipped with high-end appliances—includes a breakfast bar and a dining area for up to 12 guests. Meals can be enjoyed in a variety of settings, with four dining spaces available both indoors and outdoors.

The highlight of the property is the spectacular pool area. The oversized swimming pool (14 x 7 m) features a shallow section safe for children, while deeper areas provide space for swimming. A private whirlpool adds a touch of indulgence, and a convenient outdoor restroom ensures uninterrupted enjoyment.

Beyond the main house, an adjacent guesthouse reveals a sixth suite with built-in wardrobes, a flat-screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a private terrace overlooking the gardens—an intimate hideaway for added privacy.
