"Friendly , pleasant and helpful staff at this hotel. We enjoyed the free organised activities within this hotel, for example the music bingo, which was fun. It would have been useful to be given the list of activities at reception on arrival as we didn't find out about the events until our second day at the hotel. There is even a cinema, All the staff were excellent and very helpful. The prices in the restaurants are a bit expensive especially the Asian inspired restaurant. We hope to return to...

"Beautiful and very tranquil location. The apartment was big but a bit outdated. When we arrived we were informed the restaurant was closed (it’s apparently closed twice a week) and all shops in the town closed. Nothing would open until 9am the next day and the hotel does not offer breakfast. Very surprised that an expensive hotel like this does not offer a better service. This was quite a problem for us (we have small kids), would have been great to know this in advance. That being said I could...
