**Important House Rules**
For your safety and the protection of the property and neighborhood:

**Waivers must be signed and returned prior to stay**

DO NOT use any fireplaces inside the home.

DO NOT enter rooms that are locked or marked as off-limits.

There will be no access to the garage.

The driveway is only intended to accommodate 4 vehicles. Please do not block the neighbors' driveways. Please minimize the number of cars parked on the street and only park in front of the rental property only.

Please DO NOT swim or walk into the pond as it will damage the liners. More importantly please monitor small children while playing around the pond. The last thing we want is a child fall in and get seriously injured.

Keep fires in the outdoor fire pit modest and supervised.

DO NOT use Blackstone or smoker if you do not know how to operate.

Access to the main pantry will be unavailable and locked. There is adequate space for dry goods in the cabinets within the kitchen area.

If accessing the pool or tennis courts (upon request only), please be courteous of other families in the neighborhood and please clean up after yourself.

This is a charming family friendly neighborhood with no through traffic. We ask that you please be respectful of the noise level, neighbors and speed within the neighborhood (small children are at play).

**This home is not to be rented for minors and or high school parties. This home is not intended for loud or disruptive parties of any kind. If there is any suspicion or reports of such activity the rental will be terminated immediately without refund**
