Pets are welcome! We gladly allow pets for a fee of $150 per pet.

We allow more than 16 guests for an additional $30 per person, per night, making it an excellent option for larger family gatherings and group retreats. However you will need to bring your own air mattresses since we only have enough beds for 16 people.

Other Things to Note

* The cabin is located in a remote wooded setting, so you may encounter insects,We regularly treat the property, but a completely bug-free outdoor environment cannot be guaranteed.
*There are black bear in the area so please do not leave food outside.
* Cell service is limited, but the cabin features reliable high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi.
* The property is secluded on 23 acres and completely surrounded by state forest, so your group will enjoy exceptional privacy.

Hello! We are excited to host you during your stay! However, we have to enforce some rules for the safety and protection of the property and guests.

#1 No excessive drinking or drugs. Excessive drinking or drugs can lead to immediate eviction without refund.

#2 No events allowed without permission.

#3 No more than 16 people allowed on the property without permission. we allow more than 16 with permission and for an extra fee

#4 No more than 7 vehicles without permission

#5 No fireworks on the property

#6 PETS ALLOWED for a fee of $150 per pet and must be less than 50 pounds.

#7 No parties, no boisterous behavior. We are passionate about keeping our place in tip top shape so future guests can enjoy this place as well.

#8 Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agree to the house rules.
