*We take the sanitation and cleaning procedures of our home very seriously. All linens are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized with every clean.*

Guests will have complete and exclusive access to the home (with the exception of any locked closets).

HOUSE RULES - ENJOY YOUR STAY!
- Home is NON- SMOKING. Additional cleaning fees of $200 if smoking odor in the property.
-The thermostat is on a set schedule of 71-73*. Please reach out to us if the house is uncomfortable and we'll be happy to adjust.
- Please wash your dishes during your stay. There are dishwashing pods and sponges provided. Sharp Knives are hand wash only.
- Hot grease is not to be flushed or drained to prevent plumbing failure.
- Pets Allowed with $200 pet fee. 1 pet max.
- Please dispose of house trash to the can in the driveway. Trash pick up day is on Monday. Please place bin by the street on Sunday if your stay overlaps.
- Upon checkout, please strip beds of used linens and place all dirty linens on room floor.
- Zero tolerance for any drug activity or inappropriate behavior. Violators may be asked to leave, without refund.
- Only the number of people listed in the reservation are to be at the home at any point without prior approval. Any unpermitted guests will be charged to the booking guest at $200 per head.
- EVENTS are PROHIBITED.
- CHECKOUT TIMES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. Should you require late checkout, you must contact host to ensure availability. Late checkout fee of $50 applicable for any unapproved late checkouts.
