HOUSE RULES:

No Pets: Animals are not allowed due to severe family allergies.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning fee and fines passed on to the guest.

No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of your stay per county and platform policies.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM–7 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors.

Parking: Maximum 4 vehicles, parked only in the garage and driveway. Overnight street parking is prohibited and vehicles may be towed. Do not block neighbors, as the driveway is shared. Lock all vehicles and never leave food inside, as bears may be attracted.

EV Charging: A convenient Level 2 NEMA 14-50 outlet is available in the garage. Please bring your own compatible charging cable and adapter.

Trash: Please bag ALL trash and place maximum 3 white trash bags in garage bin for cleaner to dump off-site as we don't have on-site trash service due to bears. WE DO NOT RECYCLE. Do not place trash bags or other un-contained trash with food anywhere on the property due to wild animals. Guest will be charged $25 per bag after allowance of 3. Exception for more than 3 nights-stay (1 bag per night).

Weather & Cancellations: Weather conditions are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance, especially during snow season, for peace of mind.

Security: For guest safety, the exterior areas of the property are equipped with security cameras operating 24/7. No cameras are located inside the home.

Starter Kit: We provide essential linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish detergent, dish tabs, sponge, kitchen towel, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Please bring extra supplies for longer stays.

Propane: Guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging propane tanks as needed during their longer stays.

Fireplace - Guests must bring their own firewood if they wish to use the fireplace.

Snow Removal - The owner will clear snow from the driveway and walkways leading to the garage and home before check-in. During your stay, guests are responsible for clearing snow in front of the garage using the provided shovels.

Winter Driving - During snowy or icy conditions, an AWD/4WD vehicle and/or tire chains may be required. Please check road conditions before traveling and come prepared for winter driving.
