"We stayed for one night in Oct. 2026. We had a junior suite with a private plunge pool and lots of space. We had our meals there too, which were surprisingly delicious. French and American food choices were available. Since the property was located on a high cliff the views were beautiful. My only criticism is that all the outside decking and walking spaces were painted white, and there were several spots where there were one or two steps, which made it very difficult to distinguish. "Nice place to be, cozy atmosphere clean and tidy and very helpful hosts"

"Reva picked us up at 2:00 am. She was incredibly kind and informative. In addition, she dropped and picked us from the town center. Breakfast was provided on the patio outside our room. We will be using this hotel again soon. We were also able to store a suitcase at her place. Her place is close to the airport. However quite far from anything else."

"Great little spot where you have privacy and share common areas like kitchen, bathrooms, showers. The host was helpful and friendly. The pool was great. Peaceful place. We stayed one afternoon-evening before catching our red eye flight back to Hawaii. It was a nice spot to take a nap, enjoy the pool, and freshen up. Would like to go back and check out the tree house! Maybe next time :)"

"Poor grounds around the bungalows. All walking paths were dirt. There were no amenities and the breakfast was sparse and not included. Staff was helpful though."

"I was staying a week on Mahina's Lodge through out a Covid-19 confinement. Jean and his boyfriend where wonderful host and made sure I got something to eat in this abnormal situation. Would any time come back to stay at Mahina's Lodge. "

"Hotellet var virkelig beskidt. Toiletterne var ikke gjort ordentligt rene. Der var hår i poolen, vand på gulvet og genert ulækkert."

"Overall, it was a nice place for our one night stay. Room was nice and cold, but the common areas were hot and muggy which wasn’t ideal to hang around in all day waiting for a flight. The only other area to nitpick was the bathroom in the rooms: small space and door makes maneuvering a hassle. However, close to restaurants, airport and the market."

"Beautiful and unique little Hotel. We loved our stay."
