Villa Yasmina - Amazing view of the sea

Summary:
​Villa Yasmina is a spacious, modern villa, located in the countryside of Algarve. The plot of land this villa is built on, is a protected area of the Ria Formosa - which is surrounded by beautiful native trees and an amazing view of the sea. These spectacular views can be enjoyed in the luxurious infinity pool or whilst relaxing under the shaded terrace area. With its algarve style, the villa offers a bright and charming stay.

The Space:
The electric gates of the villa open to a large area with parking at the right, and a water feature in the garden area on the left. The entrance door opens to a spacious open plan room, with the kitchen on the right and the the living area on the left. 

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary tools for a smooth and easy stay, including an American fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, juice maker and a coffee maker. Also available is a dishwasher and oven.

Living Area: The living area is furnished with comfortable seating along with a smart TV, an Meo and wifi.

Bedrooms: The villa has 4 ensuite bedrooms with air conditioning units. 3 bedrooms on the same level as the entrance and living room and 1 bedroom at the lower level. Bedroom 1 and 2 are a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom that can be converted into a double bedroom, with en-suite shower room, and bedroom 4 is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Games room: The games room is located on the lower level of the villa and is equipped with a tennis table and football table. It is also furnished with a large sofa area and a smart TV.

Outside: There is a large terrace which has removable awnings for shade when needed, and offers beautiful views of Faro and the sea. The swimming pool can be heated by a supplement of €350 per week, and has a lovely fountain feature. Next to the swimming pool is an outdoor shower and a toilet for convenience, and lounge chairs to enjoy bathing in the sun. As well as, a kitchenet and charcoal BBQ.
