Vintage Apartment Near NDSU and Downtown Fargo

Make yourself at home in our cozy, vintage-inspired apartment in the heart of Fargo. With two bedrooms, a fully-stocked bathroom and full kitchen you'll have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We're located just two blocks from NDSU and about 12 blocks from Downtown Fargo (an easy 5 minute drive or a 25 minute walk if you're feeling like stretching your legs). There are smart TVs in both bedrooms as well as in the living room. We have fast wireless internet (up to 300mbps) for all of your streaming needs, whether work or play. There is a laundry room in the basement of the other building that is attached to this building. It is coin operated, but doesn't keep the coins (the just fall out where the box would be and you can take them back).

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full apartment, including two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, etc. There are two entrances to the apartment: one through the front door of the building (shared entrance with two other apartments) or there is a back door off of the rear parking lot that is a private entrance directly into this apartment.



The Neighborhood:

Our neighborhood is a mix of college housing, single family, and multi-family buildings. NDSU is two blocks to the west so there is quite a bit of student foot traffic during school hours. The neighborhood is quite safe and you can walk around at any hour and feel safe. There is a gas station/convenience store two blocks away as well as a dive bar with a rooftop patio (Bison Turf).



Getting Around:

There is a major bus route two blocks west or two blocks east (schedules and fares at matbus. com). There is a parking lot behind the building as well as a driveway in front of the building. They are both first come first served. There is also ample street parking (free) around the building.
