The whole place was messy. I notice fried electrical outlet and electrical issue across the board. I reported the electrical issue when I checked out.

It was quiet and safe. I liked that you could have your pets with you. The shower was outdated and my friend's bed had a sunken spot in the middle of her bed. It was uncomfortable after the first night.

Terrible experience I wish I could get a refund but the manager Ashley refused to give me a room and a refund she is very unprofessional and so was the front desk lady giving me dirty looks and an attitude and I’m a white male and she was a black female it’s felt like she was racist towards whites.

The location was easily acessible from the highway and in an area with many hotels and next to the visitors center. The staff was great - very friendly. However, our room smelled bad, like sewage, enough we debated asking for another room. But we were just too tired to be bothered. There were hairs in the shower and nail clippings on the floor. We were on the ground floor. The place was really not busy, but they had us under another guest. It was incredibly loud whenever they would walk around. Definitely the least favorite accommodation we stayed in on our trip. The one big plus is they did not charge extra for our dog.

Great place!
Overall, it was a great place to stay. It was.less expensive than other hotels in the area and my room was.clean and quiet. The only complaint i have, is the pillows were not great. They were hard and not comfortable but i definitely would stay here again. The front desk staff.were friendly and helpful.

The staff at the front desk were AMAZING! Super friendly and knowledgeable. The attempt at remodeling the rooms was valiant. The hotel itself reeked of stale cigarette smoke and super foul body odor. There were holes in our exterior wall, next to the air conditioning unit. The bathroom light didn’t work. There were lightbulbs missing from two of the three lights in the room. The pool and hot tub were under construction.

Did not indicate on there online sight, that the pool and hot tub were not available because of remodeling. One reason we chose this place is because we were satisfied with the amenities, from past stays. We booked here again because our grandkids were here also, and wanted to swim. Kind of dirty, missing items in room, toilet paper holder was broken, pool / hot tub were shut down. Gutter from building was laying right in front of enterance and no employee took the time to lay it to the side. Room looked like it hadn't seen a vacuun for a few weeks(rugs around bed). No hot water when we wanted to shower. Pool was closed for maintenence. Breakfast had white bread, hardboiled eggs, and waffle machine. No fruit or muffins or peanut butter. Yes it was a bit cheaper than average these days but seems like it is still well below what you paid for.
