"We stayed seven days at the Shimmering waters at the Lagoons it was exactly as pictured the views were awesome enjoying the beautiful sunrise from the master bedroom balcony. The staff was attentive &the food was delicious. We loved the pool.& the floating breakfast. The only downside was we weren't able to wash our own clothes although the staff did take care of it for us. Would definitely stay again when visiting Jamaica "

"The staff truly makes this property the best! A huge thanks to Christina, BJ, Samantha, Michelle Deanna and Cleveland. BJ was incredible with the kids. He found so many sea creatures for us and had a ton of knowledge. We also appreciated the hot coffee waiting for us every morning! Christina is a fabulous chef! We never went hungry. Some of our favorites were her jerk chicken and sauce, oxtail stew, coconut shrimp, festivals and banana bread. Give her leeway to cook what she wants and you won't...

"I quite enjoyed my stay! Cassius was very friendly, warm, flexible & communicable. The local host Josh was also helpful & polite! Place was super clean, had modern amenities - very nice space. And it’s close to the main plazas which has food & shopping options. 10 / 10 would recommend! "

"The host was very professional and accommodating. A big bowl of local fruits was a pleasant and welcome surprise. The area is quiet and the property is well kept. If you’re staying on a Sunday be aware that most restaurants are closed. I would definitely stay here again."

"This property is amazing. Was a little skeptical when the driver turned in on a dirt road but as soon as we pass the front gate, it was as if we were transported to a tropical paradise. The views in the backyard are incredible. The house is always clean. Rose the housekeeper and Ricky the groundsman, were amazing. Felt safe knowing that they were there. "Honestly the worst “hotel” experience ive ever encountered. Especially for the money spent. Very old and not maintained property. It doesn’t even qualify as a motel let alone a resort with all inclusive. At dinner there wasn’t tables enough, so we went out to eat. Worst all inclusive ever, I had to make myself drinks since nobody was at the poolbar. The pool was dirty and so was the “hot tub”, if we can call it that. I never review, as I believe if you don’t have something good to say, don’t say it. But this was of the charts bad. And I only had one night otherwise I would have canceled my stay their for sure. To go to the beach you have you cross the road and pay for chairs and umbrella at the beach, and also no beach-bar so your all inclusive is not really useful if you like to stay at the beach. Breakfast was so terrible and so was lunch. For dinner we went out - says a lot when it is all inclusive. To end on a positive note, it was close to the airport. "
