Number 27, Swanpool is a single storey coach house with a large open plan living/dining area which adjoins a fully equipped kitchenette. The main space has two sofas, a wall mounted TV and multiple bean bags for a relaxed lounge feel. The King Room is light and airy with a view over other new build properties on the Swanvale Development. Ample storage for belongings and a TV make this bedroom a lovely relaxing space. The single bunk room is snug, but there is room for a good quality bunk bed and storage with enough space to walk around comfortably.

Access to the Goldenbank area is from Bickland Water Road so driving to Falmouth town takes around 5 minutes.
