The Space:

Cottage Annex consists of an open-plan living space with electric oven, induction hob, fridge, coffee maker, air fryer, kettle, and toaster, with dining seating for four people and sitting area with Smart TV and sofa bed. There is a double bedroom, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and roadside parking. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are inc. in rent. Cottage Annex is a lovely base for a Cornwall escape. Note: Property located beside owner's home. Note: A few steps down into open-plan living space and a few steps down to bedroom. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 150 GBP. Note: Laundry can be done by owner at request and extra 10 GBP charge. Note: Can arrange to use owner's off-road parking space at request and 5 GBP charge.



The Neighborhood:

Constantine is a charming, picturesque country village with a few shops, a pub and a lovely church, set among green rolling meadows and wooded valleys leading down to the beautiful Helford River, just 3 miles away. Famous for its mild climate, this quieter part of Cornwall has the outstanding gardens of Trebah, Penjerrick, Glendurgan and Carwinion all within 4 miles. For nature lovers and those who enjoy boats, the misty reaches of the Helford River meander upstream to Gweek, where the world-renowned Seal Sanctuary looks after the region’s many abandoned and injured seals. Falmouth, with its narrow streets, natural harbour and National Maritime Museum is just a short journey by car, while Flambards theme park (8 miles) and Argal Lake with its water sports attractions make great days out. The nearby beautiful Lizard Peninsula, with its outstanding beaches and quaint fishing villages dotting the rocky coastline, has the benefit of outstanding scenery, tranquillity, and some great walks.
