Falmouth town centre is 1 mile away, making it easy to spend a day exploring one of Cornwall's liveliest seaside towns. Browse independent boutiques, galleries and gift shops before stopping at one of the many cafes, pubs or restaurants serving everything from locally caught seafood to homemade cakes. The busy harbour is always a hive of activity, with brightly painted boats coming and going throughout the day.

Accessed via the rear garden, this appealing apartment opens into an airy open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The pool is usually open mid-May to the end of September. The swimming pool is usable from early morning until dusk, except between 2-4pm
