"Inside: We had a two-room setup (king bed and adjoining bathroom that had a stall and tub; then two queen beds and bath off the dining room). The room was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was great. We were given great starter amenities; The only issue we had was that we were unclear on whether we could ask for more or the cleaning staff to come in. The vibe seemed weird around Vrbo customers; it was not worth it to us to kick up dust. Additionally, the second floor community amenities...

"Great location! We walked everywhere or hopped on the circulator bus. It would be nice to have fully stocked kitchen but everything worked out fine. The water pressure in the master bath is very light. That would be the only thing we would fix."

"The whole house was ours. We have autistic child. She qas ve4y happy, she enjoyed the backyard. We had kitchen to prepare food for our child who cannot outside food. We really enjoyed staying here. Checking in and out was so c9nvenient. The owner responded quickly"

"This was in a perfect location for our stay and it had plenty of room for the whole fam. The house is within walking distance to the Metro station and we went back and forth into the city using the metro 4 times in just the 48 hours we were there. Super easy!! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The home comfortably slept 8 adults and there was room for more. The host was easy to get in touch with! We were concerned about parking a 3rd car but easily found street parking right out front....

"Clean home with comfortable beds. Easy to get to all the sites in DC. About a 12-14 minute walk to subway, but we usually choose a 2 minute walk to the bus- very easy to use. Host responded quickly to all our questions. Some street noise, but normal for a stay in a city."

"We loved staying at this property due to how close it was to the venue our concert was at. The theater room with the projector was a nice spot for us to hang out and unwind after a long day being on our feet. Would definitely book again if in the area."

"The location was good for us as it was in between Quantico and DC. Pictures are fairly accurate. It is definitely pet friendly. There are stains on the rugs and couch. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. I would suggest getting a bigger couch to accommodate more guests that could be easily cleaned. This seems to be a common problem in rental property. The host was excellent. He communicates very well and is friendly."
