"The Ada Hotel is a gem just outside of Grand Rapids. Everything in the hotel is beautifully curated…I had fun looking at all of the historic photos and prints of the original Ada Hotel in the 1800s. We had a delicious meal and cocktails in the lobby bar. The hotel is located in a mixed use development so shopping, services, and multiple restaurants only steps away. Make sure you have breakfast at MudPenny - beyond delicious. I look forward to booking my next stay at the Ada Hotel soon!"

"The staff was amazing beginning at check in. All of the staff spoke and was friendly. If they had their cleaning cart they wouldn't get on the elevator with us but would wait. I really appreciated that."

"First I would like to mention Page who helped me out so much. She was a life saver for my short stay.
The property was great. Room was awesome and comfortable. Nice and quiet. I didn’t make it to breakfast so I can’t comment on that. I would definitely stay there again.
If you’re going for business and have time visit Reed lake. Driving around on the back roads was beautiful. Food, shopping and Biggby right around the corner and super close to the beach expressway."

"It's convenient right off the highway, staff was nice and friendly, room was clean and tidy and comfy and the mini fridge worked fine but there was no microwave in the room and every vending machine was out of order but they do provide a decent free breakfast with options like cereal/bagels/ diy waffle station (some folks seemed to have issue using but eh), oranges and toast. Also had a drink dispenser with oj/apple/cranberry juice and water or coffee. Would probably stay here again as it was...

"Staff not terribly pleasant, our room had very limited outlets, and the few it had either didnt work or were too loose to hold a charger. Shower was always luke warm at best.Grounds were filthy with trash and dog waste. "

"I chose this motel for its location. It has a mini-fridge. Two HUGE bugs in the room's bathroom. Frightfully huge. My vanity sink dripped a TON and formed a lake on the room floor which took three towels on the floor the whole time to mop it up / to absorb it. My room's window did not open which was a detriment. LOTS of loitering guests (or RESIDENTS??).....rubbernecking. People drinking and doing drugs in the motel parking lot. Bed was very comfortable and was clean. RIGHT next to a gas...
