"We planned a family trip and thought it would be easier to stay at a hotel instead of having so many family members in one household. I am so pleased that we did so, even though it was an additional expense it was worth every penny. The kids had a blast swimming, they enjoyed telling the staff members about their day, and receiving a positive response back. One items of concern was the bathroom shower floor didnt have the safety trips on the tub floor making it very slippery I put a towel on floor as to not slip and fall BUT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT OTHERWISE"

"The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rates were pocket-friendly. I had a very comfortable stay and slept like a baby after so long. There are many beautiful lakes nearby. I will definitely return whenever I'm in town and I will also recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you for the service. "

Tasteful and elegant guest suites, great linens, wonderful help-yourself amenities in a thoughtfully stocked pantry. All of this steps away from the storybook lakefront village of Skaneateles. They sold the hotel the day before we got there and there was only one staff member on duty. She was wonderful.

The hotel was adequate and had a refrigerator in it (which was unplugged when we entered but cooled down quickly once we plugged it in). I would recommend this if you have kids and/or a dog. "
