Designed with families and groups in mind, this spacious two-storey home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and offers the perfect base to relax, reconnect, and explore the stunning Great Ocean Road. With two living areas, a private sauna, and views of the surrounding native landscape, Orchid Haven is your home away from home.

Inside, you’ll find two generous living areas—one perfect for movie nights with a TV and the other set up as a games room with a Foosball table, dartboard, bean bags, and sporting memorabilia to keep everyone entertained. The fully equipped kitchen with a butlers pantry with additional fridge, includes everything you need to prepare meals with ease, from a electric oven with gas hotplates to a coffee machine and breakfast bar. Step outside to enjoy the fresh sea breeze on the spacious deck or unwind on the patio with a BBQ. After a day of adventure, the private sauna and outdoor shower offer the perfect way to relax and refresh.

We’re just a short drive from some of the region’s most iconic spots—Aireys Inlet Lighthouse offers stunning views and scenic coastal walks, while Lorne is perfect for a day out with its vibrant cafés, boutique shops, and beautiful beaches. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10 pm and 8 am.
