Cliffside Condos is nestled in the lovely community of Fairfield Bay, AR. This condominium is a walk-in condominium with no stairs to climb to enter the unit. Cliffside Condos is close to all the amenities offered in the Fairfield Bay area.
NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE CONDOMINIUM, ON THE BALCONY OR IN THE PARKING AREA. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE UNIT.
The condominium offers two bedrooms, and two baths fully furnished with the master having access to the wonderful balcony with views of the lake. The wealth of windows highlighting the view of the lake from the master bedroom and living room are spectacular. The condominium sleeps six with plenty of room in the common areas to enjoy your stay. The master has a king bed, and the second bedroom offers two queen beds. Both bedrooms have their own baths. The kitchen is fully equipment to enjoy any meal you wish to cook, while on vacation and offers new appliances. There is a small breakfast bar for two or enjoy the dining room table which seats six. Each bedroom has its own TV and one is located in the living area. Be sure to bring our passwords as we have streaming services for you to enjoy your shows. We provide a Pack 'n Play for your convenience. We have Roku so you can use your own streaming service. The living area accommodates six adults comfortably and the balcony offers seating for you to enjoy the morning sunrise or evening sunsets. The laundry closet with a full-size washer/dryer is just off the master bedroom. The condo provides hair dryers, crock pot, coffee maker, microwave, and linens/towels. Fairfield Bay offers wonderful activities for all ages. There are two award winning golf courses, five large pools, (one within a short walk from the condo), pickle ball, and tennis courts. Miniature golf, bowling, hiking trails (over 20 miles), ATV trails (over 90 miles), volleyball, shuffleboard, shopping, restaurants, marina, which offers boat rental to enjoy Greers Ferry Lake. Fairfield Bay is located near Blanchard Springs Caverns and the Ozark National Forest.
There is front door parking, and you walk right into the unit.

By using the Pack ‘n Play I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of the Pack 'n Play provided by the owner.
1. Voluntary Use
I understand and agree that the use of the Equipment is entirely voluntary and at my own discretion.
2. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that the use of the Equipment involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, risks associated with improper setup, misuse, or failure to follow safety guidelines. I agree to assume all risks associated with its use.
3. Compliance with Safety Guidelines
I agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the manufacturer of the Equipment. I further agree to inspect the Equipment before each use and ensure it is properly set up and functioning.
4. Hold Harmless Clause
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the owners of the VRBO from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, liabilities, or losses arising out of or related to the use of the Equipment, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
5. Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read and fully understand this Hold Harmless Agreement. I voluntarily agree to its terms and acknowledge that I am waiving legal rights.
