The staff were communicative over text but this is a place where you don’t really see the staff and you enter the hotel and your room with a code you give you. Ligger tæt på en motorvej - så prøv (som jeg) at få et værrelse der vender væk fra vejen - i så fald INGEN støj-problemer. (kan være at viduer er super gode også på den anden side, men det kan jeg ikke udtale mig om).
Der var kun rengøring på værelset efter anmodning - hvilket jeg faktisk godt kan li' (spild af energi!!)"

"Wow! What a great place to stay, especially for VIA Rail travelers like us. The suite was huge and almost seemed like it was intended to be an actual apartment. The full-size washer and dryer were an excellent plus for us since we had been on vacation for over a week.
The housekeeper was hanging out in the room when we got there, which was a little weird. We arrived at 3:53, so maybe that’s on us.
Anyway, highly recommend! Les Lofts has properties all over town, and I have to think that they are...

"Really appreciated the convenient location - almost everything downtown was in walking distance. Great restaurants and bars all within minutes of the hotel. Hotel itself was cosy and clean - rooms not too big but that was expected being so close to the city centre. The only slight disappointment was l the information before entering the hotel. This hotel has no physical reception - it's all done online. This is not a problem in itself but i was constantly having to ask for information without it...

"Sehr bequemes Bett und bis auf die rostige Lüftung im Bad neu renoviert. Hier da und gab es schon kleinere Mängel. Der Badschrank hat wahrscheinlich schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Wir durften unser Gepäck am Anreise- und Abreisetag hinter die unbesetzte Rezeption legen. In die Altstadt läuft man etwa 1 km rein. Alles in allem eine gute Erfahrung. "
