"Daughter had a shower when we got there and was in the shower no longer then 5 mins and lost all hot water for the night! Aircon wasn’t big enough to warm the room and no extra blankets provided. Couldnt get onto anyone for assistance with anything. Something had been spilt all through the fridge and looks like it had been there for a long time. Very disappointed at how clean the room was. The service was good up until we got there then nothing. Maybe I’m unlucky but I will not be staying here...
