This beautifully furnished, fully renovated, pet friendly, air-conditioned, 4-bedroom/2 Bathroom holiday house is centrally located with shops and eateries. With massive parking area for multiple boats and cars it is an ideal choice for both family holidays and fishing trips alike. Unwind in the outdoor lounges with a cool drink under the covered outdoor entertaining area or share stories of the days adventures around the fire pit (in season). Or you can step inside and enjoy the comfort of the spacious and newly decorated air-conditioned living areas, or simply curl up with a good read or watch the large flat screen TV. You are welcome to read/swap from the ample supply of books or use the array of board games for family entertainment.
You also have free use of the many bikes at this property (own risk and liability and BYO helmets) to explore Exmouth town and beaches.

Bedroom 4 is an outside separate studio with bunk bed and A/C.
Air-conditioners and fans keep all bedrooms and living areas cool. Full second bathroom. Full laundry with large chest freezer as well as full size fridge/freezer and additional full size fridge.
Outside: Large landscaped back yard with undercover entertaining area, outdoor lounges, fire pit and new barbeque. Parking available for multiple boats and cars at front of house. Rod holders and shelving. Inground pool - final paving pending Feb 2026 Fully secured back yard for pets.
Parking available for 2 cars and 2 boat / trailer.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.
Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.
Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
