Beautiful apartment on top floor of the residence with 80m2 terrace and magnificent lake views



We are offering our apartment for travelers during winter and summer season when we are working in Avoriaz. We have added a new wooden floor in June 2020, renovated the kitchen and did all the outdoor terrace in June 22. Beautiful pergola and new floor outside ! A garage is available to park safely your car during your trip.



This 2 bedroom is composed :

- Entrance with large wardrobe

- Separated toilet

- First room with a baby bed (60 x 120 cm) and 2 single beds (80 x 190cm) => Access to the balcony with lake view

- Second room with a double bed (140 x 190cm) and storage space. Also acces to the balcony

- Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and space to change your baby

- Large living room with open kitchen fully equiped (oven, micro-wave, large fridge/freezer...), Smart TV, sofa. Access to a south facing balcony and to the large terrace.

- 75m2 terrace equiped with a brand new pergola with large dining table, small outdoor sofa and rest area. Plancha and 2 sunbath



Our garage is available on entrance level to park your car, a large parking (free) is also available



Lake is only 100meters from the apartement with confidential beach. Also a nice park (Dolfus) with a skatepark 100m from the apartment. City center is about 15min walk from the apartment



You'll have full access to the apartement and the large terrace !



We are not in Evian during your trip but always available by text or phone.



Very nice location, Parc Dolfuss is 100m from the building where you can access the lake (nice little beach accross the road). Also Evian Golf resort is only 1km away.



The apartement is 300m away from the train station which is very convenient ! Bus stop in front of the building. 70minutes drive from Geneva airport and 35min from Lausanne by boat.
