On the heights of Evian, discover our magnificent furnished chalet (with sauna and fireplace), in a private residence, with a surface area of 150 m2 with 700 m2 of land not overlooked.

By car, it is located 5 minutes from the lake and 15 minutes from the resorts, 1 km from the shops. Served by urban buses to access the city center/lake and resorts, free funicular.

A car is still advised.
From the chalet, on foot, you have a portion on the road and then downhill and uphill paths to come back!

Detailed description of the chalet: 7 rooms all with a view of the lake
- On the upper first floor -1 spacious bright living room with fireplace and open to 1 fitted kitchen, 1 toilet
- On the 1st floor -1 master suite "Le Chalet" with a 180x200 bed, private bathroom bath and dressing room. 1 second bedroom "La Savoyarde" with a 140x190 bed and bathroom bath, each with a balcony and TV.
- On the lower first floor - . 2 bedrooms with TV – "l'Africaine" with a bed of 180x200 and "Bleu Azur" with 2 beds 90x190 (possibility of combining them)

. Laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer
- Terrace equipped with table/chairs and garden furniture and barbecue
- 4 parking spaces
- Detail of the kitchen: Nespresso and filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, all the utensils of your daily life are at your disposal (pots, pans, dishes, etc.....), raclette machine, fondue, pancake party, plancha. Basic food products are provided: oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper, spices and cleaning products.
Linen is included (towel / dish towel / bath towel for sauna / sheets, duvet, pillow).
A roll of toilet paper in each toilet.

It is rentable for 8 people (additional people not accepted). Free Wi-Fi.
Our animal friends are not allowed.
Parties and group events are prohibited
No smoking inside the chalet and no charging your electric vehicles on site.

A security deposit of 2000 euros is required on arrival and returned within 7 days.

1 km from local shops in Neuvecelle and Publier (bakery, newsagent, butcher, pharmacy, large Cora shopping mall 6 km away and medical centre 3 km away)

The ski area of the Portes du Soleil mountains is nearby and the nearest ski resorts are a 15-minute drive away (Bernex and Thollon-les-Mémises) making this place an ideal accommodation in summer and winter, to enjoy both the lake (coastal path, water sports centre, cruises, beaches) and the mountains (hiking, cross-country and downhill skiing).
Other resorts nearby: Châtel (fantasticable), Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gets. And in all seasons, you can visit Evian les Bains (famous golf course, thermal centre, free funicular, exhibitions at the Palais Lumière, Casino, port, Le village des Flottins in December), Thonon les Bains 20 minutes away (pretty port, funicular, thermal baths, Château de Ripaille), Yvoire 30 minutes away (medieval city), Chamonix 1 hour 45 minutes away (Aiguille du Midi aerial cableway, Montenvers Mer de Glace train), Annecy 1 hour 15 minutes away (Savoyard Venice, old town, its lake and mountains).
