"This rental ended up being even cuter than the photos! Note that it is a duplex. We didn't have any neighbors during our stay. Nice and clean, and we very much appreciated that the place and the linens didn’t smell of cleaner or fragrances. Great location close to Redwood National Park and the ocean. Our only small issues (which did not detract from our stay at all): the mattress does sag a bit toward the middle, and the bathroom sink drains a little slowly. "We enjoyed our stay very much in this perfectly located home. Everything was walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the farmers market. The place was clean and had everything we needed. There was a beautiful garden which you can enjoy sitting the deck with chairs and loungers as well as a bbq grill to just relax outside. "

"Audrey is a great communicator. The place is very nice. Super clean. The distance is nice to downtown. It’s a two bedroom but there is a living room with double pocket doors to close off the room. And in the living room there is a sofa bed. This arrangement worked well for us because there was three of us all wanting our own space.
