"Upon arrival my room was clean & the temp was very comfortable. The staff was helpful on check in. However on checkout the person helping was a maintenance worker who didn’t know how to change my payment form. Breakfast was ok. It was what was expected from a complimentary buffet. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again."

"Clean facilities and room. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great too."

"Elevator was not working , very loud music out of one of the rooms ."

"Staff was good, we did have mold on the shower curtain but when I notified housekeeping they changed it out right away. The area was a good location for us as we were welcoming our Sailor back from overseas so good access to the base. The only problem was there was a lot of pot smoking going on so you could smell it in the hallways."

"Terrible. They gave us a smoking room, eventhough we ordered a non-smoker… it smelled terrible and was very uncomfortable. We had to check out after one night. Not enough towels and the one we had was wet. Will never come back. "

"Everything was OK"

"Staff was nice, and room was clean.. Bed was very comfortable."

"We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If...

"I stayed at the property as my boyfriend was in town visiting and I had contractors at my house. I enjoyed the property and the amenities. I would definitely go back and stay for a staycation. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Amazing stay! Mrs. Jennifer was welcoming at check-in. The rooms were spacious and super clean. I will most definitely be back! My son is stationed nearby, and this will be the place for our family to stay every time. Amazing hotel!!!!!"

"The location is perfect for my business work. The parking is a bit cramped in the front and large trucks are too big to park there. The staff is wonderful. I'll return."

"Great place to stay in the Town Center. We had a fantastic time walking to Nando’s, Lego, and a costume contest. Also, we saw a live band in the Town Center and we went to Tupelo Southern Kitchen. The Cheesecake Factory was the last stop, where hubby got a strawberry cheesecake. The Hyatt Hotel never disappoints me when we stay. Our rooms were cleaned and breakfast was complimentary with our stay."

"Great Breakfast.. Boiled eggs and Bacon is needed"
