This is an historic building whose time has past. Its almost creepy with its deep red carpet and dark wood walls and ceilings. The hotel staff seemed preoccupied. We came in late evening and had the parking instructions (behind the hotel and across the street "secured behind a fence with security cameras. ) quickly explained and told to read the sign on the wall. To unpack our luggage we either carry it up the front steps and leave it to park the car or get a luggage cart, meander through the hotel to the back entrance. Then back up a steep ramp and into the long trek back to the elevators. Continental breakfast is in a dingy room with very limited options like cereal and cold packaged pastries and donuts. Beds were comfortable but the rest of the place was just run down.
