Nestled in the middle of Pistache Park, you will find this charming home with 3 bedrooms and a sleeping loft, which comfortably sleeps 10 people. Located only steps away from Tower Court Pool and Bocce Ball Park, Midnight Dream offers a quiet getaway from the crowds, while still being able to walk comfortably around town. In this custom, newly constructed home, the first floor greets you with a lovely living room with plenty of cozy seating for the entire family to enjoy. The open concept living room flows into the kitchen, where you will find GE Café appliances, a double oven range, and all of the essentials you will need for preparing your meals. There is bar stool seating for 4 guests, and the attached dining space offers seating for 8 guests.

Off of the main living area is access to a large front porch which directly overlooks Pistache Park. Drink your coffee or a cocktail while relaxing in the patio chairs. There is also a large table and chairs for dining al fresco. You will be able to enjoy a pellet icemaker for making cold drinks, located in the Laundry Room, along with a beverage refrigerator for your convenience. A propane grill is located outside for guest use.Also on the main floor, there is a Master Bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom.

The second floor of the home features 2 bedrooms, a Jack & Jill bathroom, and cozy living room where you can relax and watch TV while enjoying a picturesque view of Pistache Park. In one bedroom, you will find a king bed and twin bunks. The second bedroom features a queen bed. In the sleeping loft, which overlooks the living room below, there are three twins and one king bed. Of note, the loft is accessible only by ladder.

Perhaps the most popular feature in this home is the HOT TUB. Located off of the screened-in back porch, guests will be able to relax and enjoy their own private Jacuzzi Tub after a long day at the lake. Plush outdoor seating, with a fireplace and large screen TV complete this outdoor living space. Let Midnight Dream help you create unforgettable memories!

Midnight Dream has 3 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay.
