The house was perfect for our needs and generously stocked. There was quite a lot of rain earlier in the week and the one and only drawback was the backyard did not drain well. Fortunately there is a slate walkway so getting to the cars and golf cart was possible. Parking for 4 vehicles was a big plus as well.

We’ve visited Carlton Landing several times over the years, but this was our first stay at this home, and it did not disappoint. The house was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully decorated. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax, and we especially enjoyed the multiple decks, which were perfect for gathering and unwinding. The kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve experienced, with everything we needed to prepare meals throughout our stay. We also made great use of the fire pit several evenings. Parking was another big plus. There was ample room for three vehicles as well as the two golf carts we rented during our trip.Overall, this is a wonderful home in Carlton Landing. Comfortable, spacious, well equipped, and beautifully maintained. We loved our stay and would absolutely book this property again.

Great home and location within Carlton Landing

Very nice property in a perfect location within the neighborhood. The house was clean, had lots of space, nicely decorated, and even had a grill which some homes don’t offer. We will be back soon hopefully!

This House is Great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was amazing...well stocked with everything you need including firewood and a grill. Anything you'd need in the kitchen as well. Cute neighborhood at Carlton Landing, but we came out of season so we were disappointed in the amenities. No Aquapark and only one pool open. The pool was WAY TOO crowded to actually attempt to go to it. I think we enjoyed the experience because of the house, but Carlton Landing was a big disappointment.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is beautiful and had the best equipped kitchen we have ever seen! The house is well laid out so it feels much larger than it really is. The community looks to be wonderful though nothing was happening during our stay and it was very deserted. I'd love to visit during warmer times to experience the activities and amenities offered.

Fall Break Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After living in Carlton Landing for a little bit and moving to Tulsa, we look forward to coming back every now and then for a visit. This home was a great home for a weekend fall break trip. Multiple beds and baths with a great common living space made this rental a perfect one for our family of 6. It would have graciously accommodated more.

Amazing!!!!

This house is perfect!! It has EVERYTHING. Fully stocked with all of the appliances and things you need for your visit. It’s modern, immaculate, perfect amount of master bedrooms, powder bathroom, the cutest bunk room, tons of firewood for the fire pit (with plenty of Adirondack chairs for seating), even had a box of tumbleweed fire starters and Bic lighters too. I absolutely love the location of the house. It’s perfectly situated on a fun (but quiet) street that is across the street from the bocce ball lanes. The couches and chairs are SO comfortable where we relaxed by the fireplace and watched football. The patio has rocking chairs and a perfect view of a grassy area where we were able to watch the kids play football. We had the BEST stay. Thank you so much!!!

Greenway Getaway

This is our 4th or 5th year to plan a trip in Carlton Landing and our 3rd or 4th to stay in a properly managed by Lake Stay. First, we arrived a little early, about 15 minutes. One quick, friendly phone call later we were in the house. Next, the house is beautiful and just as listed. It also came stocked with things we might need. We usually bring everything because you never know what will be available there to use. There was an assortment of spices, multiple kitchen items such as crockpot, waffle maker, toaster, and blender. The kitchen had more than enough dishes and cookware. The rooms were spacious and inviting. There were extra blankets throughout. We had 11 people (the youngest being 13) and we fit perfectly. We never felt cramped or overwhelmed or crowded. Then, they had also provided things like rackets and balls for pickleball, fire starters, lighters, and wood for the fire pit, and even had extra sunscreen and bug spray. Lastly, it was more than evident that the owners love the property and want their guests to love it as well. It was a great stay!

Greenway Getaway is a great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carlton Landing is special and with 6 adults and 6 kids 8 and under, this centrally located property allowed us easy access to all that is offered. Large bedrooms and bathrooms, well sized common area and kitchen/dining space, as well as 2 wonderful front porches made the time at the house very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and consider another visit.

Great for a large group!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was fabulous! Each bedroom has a king size bed and bathroom which worked out great for us (4 families + kiddos). The bunks are up high but there's room to add a floor bed underneath for smaller children. The kitchen was well organized and you could tell they put a lot of thought into the items to have on hand. We would definitely book here again. The location was great for us too - right in between two of the pools.

Greenway Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a great pick and a very cozy yet spacious place to visit. We were comfortable and had privacy and lots of open space to roam. Weather did not cooperate as we had hoped but that did not matter as we were sharing time together. House was clean and well furnished. We could not have asked for more from this location or from Lake Stay. Will be doing this again!
