The house is very clean and well furnished. The steps to the water are very steep, but where, expecting that from the photos within the listing. Tons of bedrooms and entertaining area for a big family. The Cove The house is on is great.

We definitely had a great time. The kitchen was nice plenty of room. The kids had a great Christmas thanks so much for putting the tree in there. Everything was beautiful thank you.

Didn't get my door code prior to check in due to some type of IT glitch. The host is a very fast communicator, so it wasn't a problem. Very nice and clear property. Excellent for large groups!

House is excellent. Communication with host was a bit disjointed but did not cause any significant problem. The one small issue we had was attended to as requested without hesitation. One recommendation for the host would be that there should be a few more towels given the number of people that the home can accommodate. This was not a problem for our group. Rey nice property and highly recommend it for any family wanting a relaxing time on Tim’s Ford Lake.

3 common areas with multiple games Large oven but doubtful correct temperature on dial Needs a 2nd oven for large groups Large 2nd floor BR with bath wasted on ping pong Strange microwave- too low for seniors too dangerous for Kids STILL A GREAT HOUSE

This house was absolutely perfect for my large family get together over Thanksgiving!!! There was so much space for us to spread out, while still feeling cozy and at-home. We had a couple of toddlers in the group, and it was great to see some play options for them downstairs. We also loved using the ping pong, foosball, and pool tables. Even had a few people out in the front yard throwing frisbees and footballs. The kitchen is nice and open, and accommodated all out Thanksgiving leftovers plus plenty of space for cooking. My whole family was pleased with our stay - just a great space overall (both indoor and outdoor). Also, the owner was great at communicating when I had questions and helped meet all of our needs.

Excellent Stay for Golf Trip!!!

I was looking for a property for a 12 person golf trip in the area. This was one of the only places with the ability to comfortably accommodate our group while looking online considering the 8 bedrooms. This property way exceeded my expectations upon arrival. The place is brand new and immaculate. The activity room provided foosball and ping pong which provided our group a ton of wagers and in addition we had the pool table in the basement to wager some more. I didn't even realize when booking that it had a dock and was on the river so we didn't even have time to enjoy the water. But it was a great backdrop and provided some nice views in the morning. The stairs to/from the floating dock also provided many of us some nice morning exercise before we hit the courses. This place is phenomenal.
