Timberline Haven S3 - 3 bedroom Condo - Mtn and Lake Views
Welcome to Timberline Haven S3, a spacious and family-friendly three-bedroom condo offering spectacular views of Mary’s Lake and the surrounding mountains. With plenty of room for everyone to spread out, your group can spend the day fishing at the lake or exploring the wonders of nearby Rocky Mountain National Park.
After a day of adventure, park in the one-car garage or the ground-level space above it and head inside. The main level features a well-appointed kitchen that flows into a comfortable living and dining area, complete with a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and access to a private deck—perfect for taking in the brilliant night skies.
Sleeping Arrangements (Accommodates 7):
Top Level Loft- This private retreat features a King bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A dedicated mini-split AC unit ensures you stay perfectly cool.
Second Level – Queen Bedroom: Features a Queen bed and a ceiling fan for added comfort, with direct access to the shared Jack and Jill bathroom. Views from every window!
Second Level – Bunk Room: Features a Twin-over-Double bunk bed, TV and a ceiling fan—a fantastic space for the kids! This room also has direct access to the shared Jack and Jill bathroom (tub/shower combo).
Amenities:
Laundry: Full-size washer/dryer located in the lower-level laundry room off the garage.
Starter Kit: We provide a complimentary starter kit of essentials (paper products, toiletries, soaps, and coffee) to cover your first 24 hours. Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.
Community Perks: Enjoy the HOA-managed outdoor pool, hot tub, and fire pit (typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day). Please note: These facilities are managed by the HOA; their availability is not guaranteed as part of the reservation and does not qualify for refunds.
What to be aware of:
Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.
This home has a mini-split AC in the loft area, but does not have central AC.
Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.
This home does not have a private hot tub.
No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.
No outside fires.
Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.
Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
Quiet time at 9pm.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town.
Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
