Situated at the confluence of the Fall River and the Thompson River, visit cafes, eateries, and landmarks right outside your door while taking in the sounds of the babbling river! Don't feel like walking? Enjoy the shuttle stop right outside the building, operating mid-May through mid-October, connecting you to all Estes has to offer!

Just a short 20 minute drive from Rocky Mountain National Park, experience world class hiking in summer and snowshoeing in winter. If you'd rather not drive to the park, this condo is a 12 minute amble along the paved riverwalk from the Estes Park Transit center's hiker shuttle, easily connecting you to your desired trailhead. Operating mid-May through mid-October, timed entry fees and permit fees still apply, so make sure you plan your trip accordingly during peak season! The main floor bedroom is a secluded retreat with a window that opens to the rock cliff behind the building and reflects the sound of the river to lull you to sleep. Direct access from the bedroom to the jetted bathtub/shower combo affords privacy and comfort, while double doors and a separate space still allow for use of the toilet and sink by others. Upstairs, an oversized jetted tub in the loft bedroom affords a dreamy space to soak away the aches after a long day of adventuring. Melt into the luxurious king bed or use the sitting space to play games. Bathed in natural light through a large skylight (sleep masks provided for upstairs guests who want to sleep in) the loft space is open to the living room below that features a pull out sofa bed and leather recliner. Stay cozy and comfortable with a gas fireplace and baseboard heating throughout the condo. The kitchen offers all that you need for a visit - compact appliances (oven/stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, and mini fridge),

Meticulously cleaned, you can rest assured that all linens, including coverlets, pillow shams, and throw blankets are washed between all stays, not just the sheets. This unit is owner operated and managed, ensuring a warm, personalized experience.

Please note: the washer and dryer in the photos is currently under repair and not available for guest use. There is a small wall A/C unit for the upstairs bedroom, but the condo mostly depends on having the windows open for the usually cool Estes Park breeze for cooling. The road in front of the unit is very popular during the day, so there is some road noise with the windows open, which calms significantly at night. Since the location is downtown, our guests understand that this is not a remote area. If you are sensitive to road or people noise, you may want to consider a rental further out of town, Guests must be able to use stairs to access the front door.
