This is a cozy base for outdoor enthusiasts, as well as anyone who loves curling up with a good book in front of the fireplace. The main cabin has 3 bedrooms all decorated with charming rustic decor and comfy furniture. The outdoor seating is perfect for watching a mountain sunset. The guest cabin has a half bath and queen bed. Both Cabins are included with your rental, whether you choose to use both or not. Location is 5 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and 5 minutes from the town of Estes Park. This is a mountain lovers dream! Accomodates up to 6 adults, with full kitchen, 1 full bath, large living area with fireplace and satellite tv. Modern amenities include stainless appliances, wifi and dishwasher. The guest cabin offers privacy from the main cabin and it's very own 1/2 bath. Sit on the adirondack chairs in the front yard and take in the unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains. The property sits on 5 acres. This is a seasonal rental property, summer rentals only. We do NOT ALLOW PETS. No bonfires or open fires allowed at this property! No SMOKING of any kind at this property! Parking will accomodate up to 3 cars, no RVs or trailers allowed on property. There is no air conditioning, but there are fans. The water is on a well, therefore there is some iron in the water. It is safe for use and drinking, but will have a yellow color to it, do not be alarmed by this. There are bears in the area!! Close and lock all doors and windows each time you leave. Make sure all trash is secured in the bear proof can behind the main cabin. Never leave doors open, ground squirrels will come in and are very destructive and difficult to remove.
