"After a slight hiccup on arrival, EVERYTHING was excellent! Our 10th time in the area and this has to have been the best rental. Villa was spotless. All beds were comfortable. Location 5 min walk fro beach, 15 min to San Pedro. The villa was so well equipped that we ate in every night….really was superb! We paid to use the jacuzzi…..superb! We were that impressed with it that we have already booked it for 2025!"

"Very nice place. Just a few meters from the coast. The house has everything you need - espeicially the kitchen is with everything fitted. Only the bed in the main sleeping room is very small. 20 cm more wood be much better. Very nice roof top terrace. With the grill and the jacuzzi. Only a good sun protection is missing. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"What an amazing weeks holiday from.start to finsh the villa and complex gave is everthing we wanted. Location - perfect for us, felt quite private but 10 mins by taxi to estepona and if your feeling energetic an hours walk to the beginning of town. However, its along one of the most picturesque boardwalks you will find. Also blessed with a great beach bar and restaurant within a 100m of the villa (just down the villa garden, out the back gate , turn left and you are there, really reasonable...

"We stayed here for 7 nights with 2 other adults . The house had everything and more . Coffee machine was a god send ! Very peaceful complex with beautiful mature gardens and gorgeous pool . Sadly the pool was out of use due to water restrictions in the area but still lovely to laze around ! The beach to the right was much nicer than the main beach with a really nice Havana Bar. The marina was perfect for eating (though no Spanish restaurants I loved the Greek one ) market on Wed just short 10...

"We stayed in late October which was wonderful - far fewer tourists/crowds. The property is as beautiful as advertised; the views from the terraces are stunning. Contains all the amenities - super comfortable. The property manager was amazing. Only one very minor issue: the parking is not assigned and one night we had to park nearby because parking was full."

"Wir haben das Haus von Georg für drei Wochen in den Sommerferien bezogen. Wir haben alles genau so vorgefunden, wie es auf den Fotos abgebildet ist. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief kontaktlos und einwandfrei. Es ist ein Reihenhaus, in der Eingangs-Etage befindet sich das Wohnzimmer, der Essbereich und die Küche. In der unteren Etage, von der aus man auch zum Pool gelangt, liegen die 3 Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Wir haben den tollen freien Ausblick Richtig Meer von der oberen Terrasse, der...

"Dejligt hus med god beliggenhed. Masser af plads til 2 familier. Eneste minus var, at der ikke var liggestole ved poolen."

"La maison est parfaite : très spacieuse, lumineuse, fonctionnelle...il y a tout ce qu'il faut ( machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, sèche-cheveux...). Le cadre est magnifique. Pour les enfants c'est top, il y a une aire de jeux avec trampoline et balançoires, sans oublier la piscine... Un grand merci à Anne et Philip! Très sympathiques, bienveillants, à l'écoute et prêts à aider si besoin...bref, ils savent accueillir. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation! Merci et à bientôt ;)"

"Had a fantastic time with our 4 adult (20s) children traveling from Madrid, States and UK. The home is clean, modern, and well appointed with everything you need (including hair straighteners!!!). Great location to wander to Gilbraltar and Ronda for the day and return for sunset cocktails and dinner overlooking the sea! Estepona is a quick drive to restaurants and markets. Hope to return one day."

"Very nice apartment complex. Friendly and very helpful staff and nice pool area. However, the walls are very thin. You can hear everything from the neighbor apartments. Laughing and shouting in the night especially (why do peolple shout at and to each other anyway). And there are several construction sites just next to the complex which means noice in the early hours. You need a car to get around. "
