Villa is up a very steep road and visitors probably should be aware of that. Was very well kitted out and ideal for our needs as a group of 8 golfers. Having two z beds in one bedroom seems a bit penny pinching. Should be proper beds. Little tired and needing a bit of an upgrade.

We wanted a large property for our extended family to enjoy a wedding in nearby San Pedro. Villa Lina is excellent, with great facilities. There were a couple of very minor issues: some of the outside lights don't work and the large umbrellas don't have stands so cannot be used, but overall we had a lovely time and the property suited us very well. The villa is located about 2 miles north of Estepona up a steep and winding narrow road. Once there, the area is very quiet and peaceful, with stunning views over the coast. There are walks from the property in the hills opposite - some steep tracks but again simple enough with a little care. Shrubs and flowers provide plenty of interest and lovely aromoas. The villa has everything you need - the owners added some pool towels which was much appreciated to save on baggage space. The large lemon tree in the lower garden supplied the ideal finishing touch to our G&T, and there is mint and a few other herbs to pick from the various pots. We used the pool daily and enjoyed meals on the verandah or in the stone gazebo. Thanks to Homerti and the owners for a memorable visit.
