For golf enthusiasts, the La Resina Golf Course is right at your doorstep. Within a short 10-minute drive, visitors can explore peaceful sunsets at Playa de Guadalmansa and Saladillo Beach. The animal park Selwo Aventura and the water park Cableski & WakeBoard Center are also a 7-minute and 16-minute drive away from there, respectively.

Once a fishing village, Estepona is a well-developed tourist destination that has preserved its Andalusian roots. The Old Town, with its quaint streets and vibrant restaurants, is a 25-minute drive from the apartment but for groceries, the supermarket is just a 15-minute walk away.
