Precautions and restrictions:
Please lock bedroom doors when opening terrace doors, as the strong draft could cause them to slam shut.
Please remove cushions from hammocks if you will be away from home for an extended period to prevent them from getting wet in case of rain.

Late (unapproved) check-out: €150
Loss of keys or damage to the entrance lock: €250 (the lock must be replaced entirely); if not, €125. Damage to the key set: €50
Smoking on the property: €300.00
Misuse of the Jacuzzi, requiring extraordinary maintenance or water replacement and treatment: €500.00
Guests must respect community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels and not smoking.
