    Step inside our stunning 2-bedroom apartment and discover a haven of comfort and style. The master bedroom features a luxurious double bed, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The second bedroom also includes a cozy double bed—perfect for families or groups of friends. Both rooms are thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night’s sleep.



    The shared living room is an inviting space for relaxing and spending quality time together, all while enjoying beautiful sea views. The apartment includes two full bathrooms, each equipped with modern fixtures for added convenience and privacy.     Getting Around:

    Getting around from our apartment is a breeze! Public transport is easily accessible, with bus stops just a short walk away on Av. Blas de Lezo, offering quick connections to the Estepona town center and nearby areas. If you’re arriving by car, you’ll have access to convenient parking in a private garage, and street parking is usually available as well. The location also provides easy access to major transit hubs—Malaga Airport (AGP) is about a 1-hour drive, while the Estepona Bus Station is only 10 minutes away, connecting you to the rest of the Costa del Sol and beyond. Enjoy smooth, hassle-free travel throughout your stay!

    📌 Noise: The community is calm and relaxing—quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM help keep it that way for everyone.

    📌 Check-in/out: We offer flexible check-in when possible—just share your estimated arrival time. Standard check-out is by 11 AM.

    📌 Unauthorized Guests: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay at the property. Exceeding the maximum occupancy or bringing unregistered guests will result in a €150 fee and may lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.

    📌 Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Guests may use the outdoor areas if needed. Please note that indoor smoking will incur a €100 fine.

    📌 Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed on the property. Any violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning fees and cancellation of the reservation.

    📌 Community Rules: The property is part of a friendly residential area, so we kindly ask guests to avoid parties or loud gatherings.



    To help us maintain the high standards of the property and ensure everything is in perfect condition for your stay, we kindly ask for a refundable security deposit of €200. This is a standard procedure and simply serves as a precaution for any potential damages or extra cleaning that might be needed.



    Rest assured, the full amount will be refunded after your check-out, following a quick inspection of the property. The deposit is typically returned well within 15 days, and often much sooner.



    Please note that the check-in instructions will be provided once the deposit has been received and the check-in form has been filled out.
