"The rooms look exactly like the pictures. The staff is so sweet and accommodating! I loved everything about my stay and would definitely come back. The only issue is it’s far away from everything but if you rent a car that solves that problem. We choose not to and the staff gave us a variety of cab services in the area which were also extremely nice and pleasant. It was amazing. "

En stor udfordring er dog at ALT bliver låst af kl. 10 PM og først låst op kl. 8.00 AM og personalet i receptionen beder en om at lægge nøglerne på bordet i værelset, hvis man checker ud før kl. 8.00 AM. Det betyder, at man ikke kan komme ud fra området og skal ned på stranden og langs med denne for at komme ud på vejen, hvor taxaen holder."

"I loved everything about the place , staff was excellent. Casino across the street was nice. The only thing i wasn't happy about was the Tuscany restaurant wasn't open every day, so dinner buffet wasn't that great, especially the money we paid to stay thete. Stoll we enjoyed ourselves. happy "

"It was great. The room was clean and cleaned daily. The staff was extremely polite and the bartenders were very friendly. It was quiet, laid-back and peaceful. Definitely recommended renting a car to explore the island. The food was okay in the buffet but make reservations at Tuscany and the food was great. Everything i had at the poil bar was good. We enjoyed the beach, it was clean and beautiful. We definitely plan on going back. "

"We stayed in coral room which is in a courtyard very safe with digital locks for room and courtyard at night! Turquoise blue shallow water right across the street for snorkeling/swimming. On site restaurant and bar was great and other dining options in any direction walkable. Plenty of local history and the people you meet are super friendly!"

"We just got back from staying in the Sunset Suite at VH with our family of 4. We loved the quirkiness of the house, built in the late 18th century so it has wonky floors, but it gives it character. The 2 bedrooms are the only rooms with A/C so be prepared for the living room, kitchen and bathroom to be a lil toasty. We did ask for an extra box fan, which they kindly provided.

The host/management was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Internet was stable enough for video conferencing. Cell reception ok. You should rent at a minimum an AWD to move around the island. Many roads are in dire need of repair/upgrade across the island. Taxis and public transportation is scant...

"Stedet får dig ned i gear, når du sidder i restauranten og ser havet og palmerne.
Servicen i restauranten er langsom til gengæld kom tjeneren lidt for tit og spurgte om alt var ok, hvilket var lidt svært at finde et nyt svar på, når maden enten ikke var kommet eller forkert. Midt i hovedretten fik vi regningen.
Generelt var personalet lidt svært at få fat, når man ville spørge om noget. Jeg måtte finde en facility manager efter at rengøringen havde ledt efter personalet til at checke os ud. Han ringede så til en leder, som blot bad os om at lægge nøglen på disken ved check out.
Værelset var ok med fin seng. De andre møbler står og rokker lidt.
